c Paul T. Araki, 63, of Kealakekua, pleaded guilty April 2 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant. He was sentenced to pay $507 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.
c Robin Kekoa Victor, 21, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded guilty April 2 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant and driving with an improper license. He was sentenced to pay $299 in fines and fees, in addition to an undisclosed fine, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.
c Timothy Ryan Brown, 37, of Holualoa, pleaded guilty April 2 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant and driving with an improper license. He was sentenced to pay $574 in fines and fees, in addition to an undisclosed fine, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.
c William Kimo Johns, 32, of Aiea, Oahu, pleaded guilty April 2 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant and speeding above 81 mph. He was sentenced to pay $1,069 in fines and fees, in addition to an undisclosed fine, referred to a driver’s education course and training school, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. He must also perform an unspecified number of community service hours and his license was suspended.
c Aaron Kekoa Witt, 33, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded guilty April 2 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant. Witt was sentenced to pay $937 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course and ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment. He must also serve an unspecified amount of jail time.
